Join us on Thursday 12th November for a truffle inspired dining experience in Fletchers Restaurant.

On Thursday 12th November we will be joined by Antony Barnett from Truffles of the Forest to bring you a truffle inspired dining experience. 

Fresh Italian truffles are one of the worlds greatest and most sought after gourmet ingredients with their alluring aroma and the remarkable flavour they deliver to countless dishes is absolutely unique. Anthony's fresh truffles are harvested in Italy, a country renowned for the precious White and Black varieties. Knowledge of the territory, close relationships with a network of truffle hunters and years of experience allow them to offer a product with unmistakable appearance, fragrance and taste. 

The evening will begin at 7pm in Fletchers with a talk from Antony, followed by a five course truffle inspired menu with wine pairings. Click here to view the menu.

    Tickets must be paid in full at time of purchase. Tickets are transferable with prior notice to the hotel. Tickets can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the date of the event with a full refund. Cancellations less than 7 days and up to 72 hours prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation charge and any cancellations within 72 hours of the arrival time are non-refundable. Any special dietary requirements must be advised to the hotel a minimum of 7 days prior to the event otherwise the hotel cannot guarantee to fulfil the request although all efforts will be made to do so. Ticketed events will go ahead based on minimum booking levels being achieved. The hotel reserves the right to amend, postpone or cancel any advertised events with a minimum of 7 days’ notice to guests already booked. Grantley Hall reserves the right to make alterations to the content of any ticketed events including, but not limited to, menus, drinks, entertainment etc to reflect any last minute issues with suppliers, ingredients or any other unforeseen circumstances. Any substitutes will be of an equal quality to elements originally advertised. During the current Covid-19 pandemic all events will be organised to reflect the latest government guidelines which may mean last minute changes to table sizes and running orders as required. The hotel has a detailed Covid-19 policy which is available to view on our website and the hotel team is available to answer any specific questions that may arise in this regard.
