Ticketed Event vouchers: Ticketed event vouchers are only provided in electronic format and dispatched immediately after purchase. The ticketed event voucher is attached as a PDF and sent separately to an email confirming your order. 

Online gift voucher: Online gift vouchers are dispatched immediately after purchase. The gift voucher is attached as a PDF and sent separately to an email confirming your order.

Postal gift voucher: You may choose to have your gift vouchers delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
If your order was placed prior to 1pm on a standard working day, it will be posted the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be posted the next working day. Please note that orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be posted out on the following Monday.

Black Friday postal gift voucher delivery: Due to high demand during our Black Friday sale, there's a chance your postal voucher may experience a delay in distribution – please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
