1-2-1 session with one of our Personal Coaches; designed to aid your training for future development and performance
Work out in our Electromyostimulation Suits
Hydro Jet Massage (Medistream) and Cryotherapy Chamber session to aid those aching muscles and promote speed of recovery and rejuvenation
End of day review summary consultation

The Assess & Progress Wellness Package starts at 9:30am and ends at 5:30pm. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time.

ELITE Wellness Packages are available daily. Subject to availability. Guests must be aged 18 and over. Pre-booking must be made to redeem voucher.
