Bookings must be made at least seven days in advance and can be booked up to three months ahead. This experience is for two guests only. Cancellations made within 14 days of the booking date will be charged in full. Spa treatments, food service and access to the ELITE Gym are not included.

Christmas postal delivery: Any orders placed after 10am on Thursday 24th December will not be posted before Monday 4th January. Please consider purchasing a digital voucher if your order is urgent.
Postal gift voucher: You may choose to have your gift vouchers delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class.
If your order was placed prior to 1pm on a standard working day, it will be posted the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be posted the next working day. Please note that orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be posted out on the following Monday.
